Dashcam startup Cautio raised Rs 11 Cr Seed funding

Cautio, a video telematics startup, has raised Rs 11 crore in its current seed round. Venture Catalysts, Antler India, Infinyte Club, 9Unicorns, Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) through PIEDS-BITS Pilani, and CARS24 Founders Gajendra Jangid and Vikram Chopra participated in the round.

According to a press release from Cautio, the money raised will be used to develop AI capabilities, spread its technology throughout India, and collaborate closely with fleets to foster a proactive safety culture.

Ankit Acharya and Pranjal Nadhani co-founded the video telematics startup Cautio in 2023 with the goal of using AI-powered dashcams to make Indian roads safer. Fleets can reduce risks, guarantee compliance, and drive with confidence thanks to the platform’s real-time insights and round-the-clock monitoring.

By enabling fleet operators and drivers to improve safety, reduce risks, and create a smarter, more secure driving future, its intelligent and reasonably priced fleet safety solutions are revolutionizing mobility.

Mobility and logistics companies like Shoffr, Euro Cars, Namma Yatri, IITs, Cityflo, and others, according to Cautio, trust it. The business has operations in more than 35 Indian cities and has provided more than 50 crore location data points via its APIs.
