Wearables sleep tech firm Earable Neuroscience received investment from Samsung Ventures

The wearable sleep technology company Earable Neuroscience, with offices in the United States and Vietnam, has announced the conclusion of the investment process in its bridge round by Samsung Ventures for an undisclosed sum.

According to a statement released by Earable Neuroscience on Wednesday, this financial investment demonstrates Samsung Ventures’ dedication to advancing healthcare technology for the future and acknowledges the potential of the FRENZ Brainband as a consumer wearable for sleep technology.

Earable Neuroscience had previously received funding from the Founders Fund, Smilegate Investment, 500 Global, and other sources.

In May 2023, Earable sent its first shipment of merchandise to its customers.

The business intends to launch a Series A fundraising round in the fourth quarter of 2023 in order to grow its operations, accelerate the delivery of its products, and broaden its product line.

It should be noted that Samsung Ventures intends to form partnerships within its international network to support Earable Neuroscience’s expansion into new markets.

“We recognized the immense potential of FRENZ, with its exceptional core technologies and pioneering status in the sleep tech industry and potential in other cognitive areas,” said the Samsung team.

A deep tech company called Earable Neuroscience is creating a neuroscience ecosystem for everyday use.

The company created the FRENZ Brainband, a consumer wearable that combines cutting-edge neuroscience technology to improve focus, promote relaxation, and improve sleep quality.

The FRENZ, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) to track and stimulate brain activity, delivers personalized audio content in real-time through built-in bone-conduction speakers.

Scientists from the University of Colorado in the United States and Oxford University in the United Kingdom created the core technology, which has received 15 global patents.
