Pediatric wellness startup RN Kids raises Rs 7.1 Cr Pre-seed funding

In a pre-seed funding round, Ashish Kacholia and Lashit Sanghvi, along with angel investors Mohit Sadaani, Hitesh Dhingra, Ajay Mehra, and Samir Palod, as well as a few family offices, contributed Rs 7.1 crore, or roughly $760K, to the pediatric wellness startup RN Kids.
Rushabh Nandu and Nihar Parekh founded RN Kids in September 2025 with the goal of creating a pediatric wellness brand that focuses on clean label, clinically supported formulations for kids’ daily health needs.
The founders noticed a glaring gap in the treatment of common health issues like growth, immunity, gut health, and colds and coughs after years of working with children. The startup wants to rebuild parents’ trust by creating clean formulations with distinctive delivery formats.
RN Kids wants to provide parents who are becoming more knowledgeable and concerned about what they purchase for their kids with the best worldwide formulations and sourcing standards. It intends to create goods that strike a balance between what kids really need—ease and fun—and what parents value most—efficacy and convenience.
The company claims that by the end of July, six signature products will be available on Amazon, Flipkart, and its direct-to-consumer website. Quick commerce and offline retail will then follow.
