Building materials quick commerce startup Fixxly raises $5.5 M Seed funding

Bengaluru-based building materials firm with rapid commerce Accel, Fireside Ventures, and Lightspeed India Partners have contributed $5.5 million to Fixxly’s inaugural fundraising round.
Prior to its September 1 commercial launch, the additional funding will be utilized to expand operations and fortify its technical platform. Before moving on to other locations, it will start operating in Bengaluru.
Shezan Bhojani and Sachith Varma founded Fixxly in 2026 with the goal of creating a fast-paced, AI-powered marketplace for building supplies. With deliveries in as little as 30 minutes, the platform allows contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, interior designers, and homeowners to order goods including plywood, paint, electricals, lighting, hardware, and plumbing supplies.
By combining real-time inventory, proximity, and demand, the startup’s AI-powered supply network completes orders via a network of nearby dark shops.
Bhojani co-founded DesignCafe, a home interior firm that merged with HomeLane in 2024, prior to starting Fixxly. Sachith Varma, his cofounder, previously oversaw last-mile operations at Flipkart and directed supply chain design at Zepto.
