AJVC led Pre-seed funding raised by home-furnishing startup wudhomes

Home-furnishing startup wudhomes has secured Rs 2.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by AJVC, the venture capital firm founded by Aviral Bhatnagar. The round also saw investments from Seekho co-founders Rohit Choudhary, Keertay Agarwal and Yash Banwani, along with other angel investors.
According to a press release, the startup will deploy the capital towards establishing an integrated supply chain, building proprietary technology, improving its retail experience and expanding its operational capabilities.
Established in 2025 by Vasu Arneja and Aditya Singh, wudhomes offers home-furnishing solutions, including customised sofas, accent chairs, coffee tables, side tables and other living room furniture.
The Bengaluru-based company aims to bring together inspiration, product discovery, curation, personalisation and fulfilment, helping customers make decisions throughout the home-furnishing journey.
While furniture is its initial focus, the startup intends to address the broader process of furnishing homes. To achieve this, it is developing an integrated business model combining digital inspiration, customised product recommendations, spatial visualisation, physical retail stores, home visits and an end-to-end supply chain.
Over the past few months, wudhomes has furnished more than 200 homes and launched a retail store in Bengaluru. It has also introduced a home consultation service, through which its consultants visit customers, evaluate their spaces and recommend suitable furnishing options.
Through these services and customer touchpoints, the company aims to create a connected experience that brings together product exploration, purchase decisions and the execution of home-furnishing projects.
