Enterprise AI company RevRag AI has secured $2.5 million in a seed funding round co-led by Accion Ventures and Cedar Hill Capital. Wyser and Venture Catalysts also joined the round.
The Bengaluru-based startup had earlier raised $600,000 in a pre-seed round led by Powerhouse Ventures in August 2024. In September 2025, it also acquired GenStaq.ai, a startup specialising in modular LLMOps and workflow orchestration.
The newly raised capital will be directed towards speeding up product development, expanding enterprise adoption and facilitating the company’s expansion into the US market, RevRag AI said in a press release.
Established in 2022 by Ashutosh Prakash Singh, Neeraj Gupta and Pankaj Gupta, RevRag AI develops multilingual AI agents that function within the applications of banks, lending companies, fintech and insurtech firms, acting as digital relationship managers.
Its platform connects with financial institutions’ existing workflows to handle customer acquisition, onboarding, sales and support. The company claims its AI agents can increase digital adoption, minimise customer drop-offs and generate revenue at costs up to 70% lower than traditional approaches.
RevRag AI says its client portfolio includes more than 45 financial institutions, such as PhonePe, Bajaj Finance, Motilal Oswal, IIFL and Aditya Birla Capital.
