Health-tech platform Lissun raises Rs 48 Cr Series A funding from Colossa Ventures

In a Series A fundraising round headed by Colossa Ventures, Lissun, a single-specialty health-tech platform targeted at kids with special needs and developmental delays, raised Rs 48 crore.
Physis Capital and current investors RPSG Capital Ventures, Ivycap Ventures, Rainmatter, Multiply Ventures, and SucSEED Ventures participated in the round. Beyond Capital Ventures and New Age India Fund, two new investors, also took part in the round.
In September 2024, the Gurugram-based business raised $2.5 million in a pre-Series A investment headed by RPSG Capital Ventures. In June of this year, it also raised Rs 2.77 crore from investors, including Zerodha.
According to a news statement from Lissun, the additional funding will be utilized to reinforce clinical procedures throughout its network, develop AI-led solutions utilizing its unique technology and data, and expand Sunshine by LISSUN centers in important locations.
Lissun was founded in 2021 by Krishna Veer Singh and Tarun Gupta. It conducts child development centers around India under the Sunshine by LISSUN brand, which also offers digital products and AI-powered solutions.
According to the company, it has expanded fourfold in the last year and now offers more than 10,000 therapy sessions every month at 25 locations. Its digital products are intended to reach over 10 lakh youngsters in the next years, and it intends to grow its physical network to 50 centers by the following year.
Children in India are in greater need of advanced developmental and behavioral care, but access to reliable, high-quality treatment is still limited and dispersed. Through its child care brand, Sunshine by LISSUN, Lissun is closing this gap by uniting top-notch therapists with an AI-driven ecosystem that is available both in-person and online.
Platforms like Butterfly Learnings, Continua Kids, Hoola Health, and Children First from Amaha are competitors of Lissun.
Startups focusing on early screening, diagnosis support, therapy, and long-term developmental care for conditions like autism, ADHD, and speech and language disorders have emerged in the single-specialty health-tech market for kids with special needs and developmental delays.
CureAble raised Rs 2 crore in pre-seed fundraising in 2025, while Butterfly Learnings raised Rs 32 crore in Series A funding in 2024. In 2026, Gabify raised $175K in pre-seed capital. As part of its child-focused care approach, the pediatric healthcare platform Hoola Health, which raised $5 million in 2026, provides therapy services and developmental examinations.
