Haryana would receive Rs 1140 crore from the Aditya Birla Group.
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar presented a team from the Aditya Birla Group with a Regular Letter of Allotment for the construction of a major paint production plant in Panipat, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.
An official spokesman said on Friday that an allocation of 70 acres of land in Panipat has been given to Aditya Birla Group for the construction of a paint production plant with an investment of Rs 1140 crore.
The Aditya Birla Group’s COO Ajit Kumar, Regional Head Piyush, and Project Head Kalimuddin met with Mr. Khattar today to discuss the matter. They promised to get started on the job right away and finish it as soon as feasible.
According to the spokesman, this allocation was conducted in a completely transparent way under the Mega Project Category by accepting online applications through open marketing. The facility will employ about 550 people directly and contribute to the area’s industrial expansion by allowing ancillary businesses to flourish.
