Betterteem Technologies, Inc., a Philippine-based business intelligence platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to predict and reduce employee resignations while improving workplace satisfaction, has received funding from Malaysia-based venture capital firm 1337 Ventures.
In a statement released on Wednesday, 1337 Ventures said that this strategic investment demonstrates the company’s dedication to assisting creative startups that have a significant impact on their respective sectors.
With the help of Betterteem, an AI-powered business intelligence platform, companies can proactively address problems and eventually prevent interruptions in their operations by tracking employee performance trends, identifying possible resignation indicators, and forecasting resignation intentions.
Since its founding by Bo Discarga, the firm has acquired clients in the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, and Singapore.
