BetaRaise initiative invites application from Ghanaian startups
Ghanaian companies are encouraged to apply for the BetaRaise initiative, which is meant to help first-time creators get from launching a beta product to raising their first pre-seed investment round in the shortest amount of time feasible.
BetaRaise, organised by ImpactHub Accra, takes a low-frills approach to aiding first-time creators with no prior experience raising funds.
The service’s structure is intended to assist creators in putting together a strong team, fine-tuning their beta rollout strategy, acquiring users, and using good beta figures to close a pre-seed investment of US $100,000 or more. The inaugural cohort focuses on urban food systems, mass-market distribution, renewable energy and e-mobility, gig economy, and fintech startups.
The cohort will be made up of ten businesses, and applications are now open.
