Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI raises $5 M Seed funding from Endiya Partners

Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI, which is developing an agentic assurance platform for large organisations, has raised $5 million in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures.

The company will use the funding to speed up product development, strengthen its team and expand its go-to-market initiatives, Shamrock AI said in a press release.

Established in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Michael (Mick) Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, Shamrock AI is building a platform that enables enterprises to deploy AI agents across mission-critical business operations. Its technology is powered by an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph that links business processes, systems, data and configurations.

The startup is initially targeting agentic test lifecycle automation for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations. It plans to extend its offerings into data observability and autonomous business process automation.

Based in Shillong, Shamrock AI claims to work with several Fortune 500 companies, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company.

The company intends to grow its workforce across India and the US, with India expected to account for 70-80% of its employees. It also plans to establish a client-facing team in the US and strengthen its presence in the Middle East.

Shamrock AI’s platform continuously tests and validates enterprise business processes to develop an understanding of how an organisation operates. It aims to use this business context to enable the dependable deployment of AI agents across enterprise workflows.
