AI operating partner Parallel Loop raises $6.6 M Seed funding from 3one4 Capital
Parallel Loop, an AI operating partner catering to mid-sized and large enterprises, has raised $6.6 million in a seed funding round led by 3one4 Capital.
Founded in June this year by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean, the company helps enterprises integrate AI with their existing technology infrastructure, organisational knowledge and workflows.
Parallel Loop combines its AI technology stack with forward-deployed engineers who work directly with client teams to connect existing systems, processes and institutional knowledge, and develop AI-powered workflows and applications. Its services are structured across three key areas.
Its AI Enablement offering helps leadership teams identify potential AI use cases, establish implementation roadmaps and develop in-house capabilities. The AI Stack provides a secure, modular and governed platform that connects existing enterprise systems with organisational context, supporting applications ranging from real-time dashboards to complete workflows.
Through its Software Factory, forward-deployed engineers collaborate with AI agents and client teams to upgrade legacy systems and develop new applications.
The company said its AI stack can be deployed within a client’s own cloud infrastructure or on-premises, with data residency settings tailored to individual requirements. This gives enterprises control over the location of their data and AI workloads, as well as access permissions.
The platform is compatible with multiple model providers, including open-weight models, and records prompts, responses, changes in context and actions through an audit trail. Clients retain ownership of their data, organisational context and all client-specific work developed for them.
Parallel Loop said it has a 30-member team and works with more than 10 clients across different industries and geographies. Its client portfolio includes Licious and Havells in India, along with Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand.
