Sauce led Rs 10 Cr Seed funding raised by lab-grown diamond jewellery brand So/Facet

Lab-grown diamond jewellery brand So/Facet has raised Rs 10 crore in a seed funding round led by Sauce. Other participants included Mokobara co-founders Sangeet Agrawal and Navin Parwal, the Chona family office, Kedar Lele and Devaiah Bopanna, co-founder of Moonshot.
The fresh capital will be allocated towards brand development, design, technology, team expansion and the rollout of an omnichannel presence, the company said in a press release.
Founded this year by former Unilever executives Aarushi Agrawal Naulakha and Abhishek Naulakha, So/Facet creates in-house jewellery designs featuring IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds. The brand is scheduled to launch online in November 2026, with premium retail stores planned for a later stage.
Its initial range comprises six collections, showcasing lab-grown diamonds in varied cuts and contemporary styles. So/Me features motifs such as stars and butterflies, while So/Pop pairs diamonds with colourful, stackable enamel charms. So/Icon, meanwhile, centres on sculptural jewellery designs.
The company is building an omnichannel business model that will bring together online and offline touchpoints to facilitate jewellery discovery, purchases and upgrades. It has also gathered a pre-launch waitlist of over 200 prospective customers, according to the company.
Other players in the lab-grown diamond jewellery market have also raised capital. In July this year, Aukera secured Rs 90 crore in debt financing from Alteria Capital, following a $15 million equity round led by Peak XV Partners. Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds raised Rs 275 crore in July to support vertical integration, manufacturing and retail expansion.
Onya had raised Rs 5.5 crore in a pre-seed round led by Zeropearl VC last year. Meanwhile, GIVA secured Rs 530 crore in June 2025, with plans to expand its lab-grown diamond jewellery portfolio alongside its broader jewellery business.
